Do you have a big birthing ball rolling around your home? Want to learn how to use it for birth (including optimal fetal positioning) and overall fitness (postpartum, too?)This workshop is designed for anyone, but especially effective for pregnant mamas who want a good supported workout! Learn how to sit comfortably, use the ball for assisted stretching, pelvic floor toning & core and resistance band work. Lots of upper body and lower body work as well for a supported and safe full body workout. A perfect compliment if you are taking prenatal or postpartum mamalates.
Register for one or all sessions. Space is limited. Price includes exercise handouts and resistance band.
Price is for two consecutive Sunday sessions. Early registration $40 (at least 7 days before workshop) Regular registration $50
$15 deposit required to reserve space.
