Infant sleep with the pacifer

I have an eleven month old daughter who wakes a couple times during the night. We immediately go in, give her the pacifier, and leave the room. She goes right back to sleep. If we do not go in to give her the pacifier, she stays awake and gets upset. I am worried that us doing this prevents her from learning how to fall back asleep on her own. Should we be leaving her to allow her to fall asleep again on her own? She goes down to sleep initially by herself without any problems.
RE-lactating a baby after an infection

After battling an infection and then antibiotics, I have been unable to breast feed my 4 month old for approximately one month. I did have a small supply of pumped breast milk so that she has been able to take three formula bottles and three breastmilk bottles a day. I went back to work at the same time and was not dilligent about pumping so I have lost the majority of my supply.
I can still express small amounts of milk by hand, but no measurable amount. If I begin the nurse/pump regiment, will my milk ever come back in? I never thought I would be done breastfeeding while she was so young and I miss the time spent with her. She still roots at every feeding trying to latch on to me.
